2. Our Services

NSolvers provides full-stack website development, Android and iOS app development, DevOps & deployment services, and video editing, delivered to clients online worldwide. The content of this website is provided for general information about our agency and services and does not constitute a binding offer for any specific project.

3. Project Engagement

A project begins only when its scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees have been agreed in writing — through a signed agreement, an accepted proposal, or a written email confirmation from both sides. Estimates given before that point are provided in good faith and may change once full requirements are known. Any change to an agreed scope is handled and confirmed in writing before additional work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver on time, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and materials needed for the project in a timely manner.
  • Give feedback and approvals within the timeframes agreed for the project.
  • Hold the necessary rights to any materials (text, images, footage, trademarks) supplied to us for use in a project.
  • Use the deliverables only for lawful purposes and in line with any third-party terms that apply to them.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless a project agreement states otherwise:

  • Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the intellectual property in the final deliverables produced for that project transfers to the client, as set out in the project agreement.
  • Concepts, drafts, and proposals that are not selected or paid for remain the property of NSolvers.
  • Third-party components used in a project (such as open-source libraries, fonts, and stock assets) remain subject to their own licences.
  • NSolvers may present completed work in its portfolio and case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Fees, payment milestones, and schedules for each project are set out in the project agreement or written confirmation for that project. Invoices are payable in line with those agreed terms. If a payment is overdue, we may pause work on the project until the outstanding amount is settled.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" for general information, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSolvers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services, and our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms, and any engagement between NSolvers and a client, are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. The version in force at the time a project is agreed applies to that project, together with the terms of the project agreement itself.
